Women’s Institute for Leadership Development is a non-profit organisation founded in 2012. It seeks to develop capacities and agency of women and girls in Zimbabwe to competently participate in public leadership and decision-making processes; to promote their full access to socio-economic, climate and environmental justice and opportunities; and enhance sustainable policy environment for women’s human rights and gender equality.
